Senior SDET
Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with a strong technical background to join our innovative team. This role requires expertise in automation testing, a highly independent mindset, and a collaborative spirit to deliver high-quality solutions for complex workflows with AI integrations. You will play a critical role in building and testing cutting-edge systems, often from the ground up, for a client with intricate and challenging requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright and Selenium with Java to ensure robust software quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Build and test complex workflows, including AI-integrated systems, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Develop test strategies and scripts for projects built from scratch, demonstrating confidence and resilience in tackling complex challenges.
- Contribute to the evaluation and integration of AI models or architectures within QA frameworks to enhance testing capabilities.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in test automation and software quality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, leveraging strong English proficiency.
Must-Have Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years as an SDET or automation engineer, with proven expertise in delivering production-grade testing solutions.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in Playwright and Selenium frameworks for test automation.
- Strong coding skills in Java for developing and maintaining test scripts.
Soft Skills:
- Highly independent and self-motivated, with the ability to tackle complex challenges autonomously.
- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with AI models or architectures in QA frameworks, particularly for testing AI-driven applications.
- Familiarity with building test frameworks from scratch for complex systems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) or modern DevOps tools.
