Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent across various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs and requirements for open positions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future staffing needs.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to improve and refine sourcing strategies.
• Track and report on sourcing metrics to ensure recruiting objectives are met.
• Engage passive candidates, promoting our company's unique culture and career opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role.
• Proven ability to identify and engage with high-quality candidates.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
• Experience using social media platforms for recruiting purposes.
• Experience in recruiting within the tech industry or other specialized sectors.
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to leverage data analytics to improve recruitment results and decision-making processes.
