Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that effectively support business goals and enhance user experience.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, Apex classes, and Lightning components.
• Customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs using declarative tools such as Process Builder and Flow.
• Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to enhance Salesforce solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and debugging of the Salesforce platform.
  Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, code, and system processes.
• Document and implement test cases for quality assurance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Experience with integration platforms like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
